Oregon Department of Public Safety and Standards Training (DPSST): Armed Private Security Class

Cost- $300

This class is a 24-hour training course to certify as an Armed Security Professional, in accordance to the state of Oregon’s DPSST coursework requirements.  Day 1 and 2 will be comprised of classroom-style teaching at Rogue Protection Group. Day 3 will be taught at JCSA in GRANTS PASS. RPG provides all classroom training material associated with the course. Student is responsible for personal range equipment.

Pre-Requisites:

-Age 21+

-Persons who are convicted felons, have a documented history of serious mental illness, or who have been convicted of domestic violence need not apply.

Required Gear:
-Eye Protection
-Ear Protection
-Handgun with holster
-Two magazines and magazine pouch
-150+ rounds ammunition
-Belt
-Range suitable attire
-Water
